Roza ke Ahkaam
Sawal: Agar bhool janay ki wajah se koi aisa kaam anjaam dein jis se roza batil ho jata hai to kya roza batil ho jaye ga?
Jawab: Roza batil nahi hoga.
2. Sawal: Mein aise gharane se hoon jahan koi mazhabi masail nahi janta balkay mera baap mazhab ka mukhalif hai, lekin mein Allah ke fazal se waqt ke sath sath masail jan’nay aur seekh’nay laga hoon aur chonkay yeh ek taweel rasta hai aur mein imamon ki wilayat aur marja ki zaroorat jaisay masail par zyada tawajjah nahi deta tha, mujhe in chand sawalon ke jawab inayat farma’in:

Jawab: Agar aap mutma’in thay ke is tarah ki qirat saheeh thi to namazon ki qaza lazim nahi hai lekin agar ghusal saheeh nahi tha to namazain saheeh nahi hain lekin roza saheeh hai.
3. Sawal: Sweden mein aaj kal din chhotay hain magar mumkin hai baad mein aisa na ho aur agar mah-e-mubarak Ramadan garmiyon mein parh gaya to mumkin hai rozay 20 ghantay ya us se bhi zyada ke ho jayen, is baray mein aap ki kya nazar hai?

Jawab: Agar mutma'in hai ke halaq tak nahi pohnchegi to haraj nahi hai.
40 Sawal: Roza ki haalat mein asthma ka spray istemal karne ka kya hukm hai?
Jawab: Agar dawa phaphre mein waard ho to roza sahih hai aur agar shak kare ke ma'ida mein gayi ya nahi tab bhi roza sahih hai.

42 Sawal: Mazdoor jis ke liye garmi mein roza rakhna bohot sakht hai kya woh kha pee sakta hai?

43 Sawal: Garmi ki shiddat mein school aur college jaane wale bachon ke liye roza rakhna wajib hai?

45 Sawal: Jis shakhs ke liye roza rakhna kamzori
ka baais hai woh roza tark kar sakta hai?
Jawab: Sirf kamzori roza na rakhne ke jawaaz
ka baais nahi hai, magar ye ke mushakkat (itni zyada sakhti jo mamoolan
qabil-e-tahammul nahi hai) ka baais ho to is surat sirf miqdar-e-zaroorat khana
peena jaiz hai aur ihtiyat-e-wajib ki bina par baqiya din imsak kare aur Ramzan
ke baad iski qaza baja lana lazim hai lekin kaffara wajib nahi hai.
46 Sawal: Zaeef mard ya aurat jin ke liye roza
rakhna sakht hai kya un par roza rakhna wajib hai?
Jawab: Zaeef mard ya aurat jin ke liye roza
rakhna mushakkat rakhta hai woh roze ko tark kar sakte hain aur har din ke
badle ek mudd ta’am kaffara dein, aur qaza bhi wajib nahi hai, aur agar bilkul
roza rakhne se mazdoor ho to kaffara bhi saaqit hai, aur yahi hukm "zawi
al-atash" (jis ko piyass lagne ki bimari ho) ka hai agar roza iske liye

saatwin ke aakhir tak) lekin roza uske liye ya uske bachay ke liye zarar rakhta
ho ya mushakkat ka baais ho jo mamoolan qabil-e-tahammul nahi hai to us par
roza wajib nahi hai, baad mein qaza kare kaffara wajib nahi hai.
48 Sawal: Doodh pilane wali aurat ke liye roza
rakhna wajib hai?
Jawab: Woh aurat jo bachay ko doodh pilati
hai aur uska doodh kam ho khwah maa ho ya daiya, agar roza uske ya uske bachay
ke liye zarar rakhta ho to us par roza wajib nahi hai, aur har din ke liye ek
mudd ta’am (gehu, aata, ya chawal) faqeer ko de, aur baad mein iski qaza baja
laaye, lekin ihtiyat-e-wajib ki bina par ye hukm us surat mein hai jab bachay
ko doodh pilana sirf isi tareeke par manhasir ho, lekin agar koi doosra tareeqa

roza rakhna lazim hai.
Lekin agar maloom ho ke toolani muddat tak bachay ko dabbe ka doodh pilana uske
liye zarar ka baais hai maslan woh bacha jiske doodh peene ke ibtidaayi ayaam
hon aur dabbe ka doodh pilana baais ho ke bacha Ramzan ke baad maa ka doodh na
piye aur ye uske liye zarar rakhta ho to is surat mein bhi guzishta surat ki
tarah roza wajib nahi hai balke faqat qaza aur kaffara hai.
49 Sawal: Jis shakhs ne jaan boojh kar roze nahi
rakhe hon uska kya hukm hai?
Jawab: Tauba aur istighfar karein aur agar
koi Ramzan ke rozay ko khane, peene, jima, istimna ke zariye - ye jaante huye

wajib hai, aur ihtiyat-e-wajib ki bina par yahi hukm hai agar masla se jaahil
ho lekin apne jahl mein ma’zoor na ho aur ehtemaal de raha ho ke ye kaam roza
ko baatil karta hai to is surat mein qaza aur kaffara dono wajib hai.
Aur agar masla nahi jaanta tha aur apni jahalat mein ma’zoor tha ya mutma’in
tha ke ye kaam roza ko baatil nahi karta to us par kaffara wajib nahi hai, sirf
qaza kaafi hai.
Aur agar hukm se jaahil hone ki wajah se ke ye kaam roza ko baatil karta hai
istimna kare ya janabat, haiz ya nifas ki haalat par baaqi rahe chunancha apne
jahl mein ma’zoor ho uska roza sahih hai lekin agar jaanta ho ke ye kaam roza
ko baatil karta hai lekin ye na maloom ho ke kaffara wajib hota hai to is surat
mein qaza wajib hai kaffara nahi hai.
Aur agar qaza baja lane ki qudrat na rakhta ho to apne wasiyat nama mein zikr
kare ke marne ke baad hatman uski taraf se qaza karein.
50 Sawal: Maine aaghaz-e-buloogh mein jo rozay
na samajhi ki buniyad par nahi rakhe unka kya hukm hai?
Jawab: Agar ehtemaal de raha ho is waqt
mafhoom-e-takleef ko nahi samajhta tha ya ye ke ehtemaal de raha ho ke is waqt
mutma’in tha ke khana jaiz hai to qaza baja lana kaafi hai.
51 Sawal: Jis shakhs ko maloom nahi ke istimna
roza ko baatil karta hai aur usne roza mein istimna kiya hai uske rozay ka kya
hukm hai?
Jawab: Jo shakhs Ramzan mein is baat se
jaahil hote huye ke istimna roza ko baatil karta hai istimna kare aur woh apne
jahl mein ma’zoor ho aur do dil bhi na raha ho maslan kisi aise shakhs se suna
ho jis par itmaad rakhta ho to roza baatil nahi hoga...
Jawab: Agar aurat jaan bujh kar khud ko ooj lazzat jinsi tak pahu'nchaaye aur is se zyada miqdaar mein ratubat kharij ho to uska roza batil ho jaayega aur qaza aur kaffara dono wajib hai. Lekin agar jaan bujh kar aisa kare jis se shahwat ke sath zyada miqdaar mein ratubat kharij to ho lekin ooj lazzat jinsi tak na pahu'nche, is surat mein ihtiyat wajib ki bina par uska roza batil hai aur qaza aur kaffara wajib hai. Aur chunancha khud par itminan rakhti ho aur ittefaqan mazkoora ratubat kharij ho jaaye to roza sahih hai aur qaza aur kaffara wajib nahi hai.
53 Sawal: Aurat agar koi aisa kaam kare jo baais-e-janabat hai to uske roze ka kya hukm hai?
Jawab: Agar aurat maah-e-Ramzan ke din mein koi aisa kaam kare jo baais-e-janabat hai khwah tanha kare ya kisi aur ke sath maslan shohar ke sath, pas agar is kaam ke mubil hona se jaahil thi aur shak bhi nahi rakhti thi pas agar apni jahalat mein ma'zoor ho maslan aise shakhs se suna ho jis par itminan rakhti ho to uska roza batil nahi hoga. Aur isi tarah agar aisa kaam kare jo janabat ka sabab nahi hai aur mutma'in rahi ho ke janabat hasil nahi hogi aur ittefaqan pesh aaye. Lekin agar amdan khud ko mujnib kare ya khud par itminan na rakhti ho ke mujnib nahi hogi aur jaanti bhi ho ke ye kaam mubil hai to qaza aur kaffara dono wajib hai.
54 Sawal: Agar roze ki halat mein apni biwi ya kisi aur ke sath aisa kaam kare jis se mani kharij ho to roza batil ho jaayega?
Jawab: Agar mard jaan bujh kar aurat ke sath aisa kaam kare jis se mani kharij ho maslan bosa le, ya mas kare to qaza aur kaffara dono wajib hai. Aur agar aurat ke sath chhedkhani karne se baghair qasd ke mani kharij ho jab ke aisa sabqa na raha ho lekin maqool ehtimal de raha tha ke mani kharij ho jaayegi to qaza aur kaffara dono wajib hai. Aur agar aurat ke sath chhedkhani karne se baghair qasd ke mani kharij ho jab ke aisa sabqa na raha ho balki mutma'in raha ho ke mani kharij nahi hogi lekin ittefaqan mani kharij ho jaaye to uska roza batil nahi hoga, qaza aur kaffara bhi nahi hai.
55 Sawal: Agar kisi ke liye maah-e-Ramzan mein fajr ke waqt ghusl karna sharm waghera ki wajah se sakht ho ya soya reh gaya ho to roze ka kya hukm hai?
Jawab: Agar fajr se pehle bedar ho aur apne ko mujnib paaye lekin sharm waghera ki wajah se ghusl na kare to usse ghusl saaqit nahi hoga magar ye ke harj aur musibat shadeed mein par raha ho to is surat mein lazim hai fajr se pehle tayammum kare aur agar ye yaqeen rakhte hue ke is par kuch wajib nahi hai tayammum na kare aur jahl mein ma'zoor bhi ho to roza sahih hai. Aur agar janabat ke baad ye itminan rakhte hue ke fajr se pehle ghusl ke liye bedar ho jaayega so jaaye lekin ittefaqan bedar na hua ho to roza sahih hai aur isi tarah hai agar bedar ho aur beikhtiyar tor par so jaaye.
56 Sawal: Agar hamaam ka bukhar insaan ke munh mein jaaye to roza batil ho jaayega?
Jawab: Roze ki halat mein bukhar ka munh ya naak mein jaana roze ko batil nahi karta magar ye ke pani mein tabdeel ho jaaye aur use andar le jaane par peena saadik aaye.
57 Sawal: Agar koi shakhs na jaanta ho ke amala roze ko batil karta hai aur rawan cheez se amala kare to uske roze ka kya hukm hai?
Jawab: Agar amala karne ke mubil hone ko na jaanta ho aur apne jahl mein ma'zoor ho maslan deeni mahol se door zindagi guzar raha ho aur ye yaqeen rakhta ho ke rawan cheez se amala roze ko batil nahi karta to qaza wajib nahi hai aur agar jaahil muqassir ho to qaza karna kaafi hai.
58 Sawal: Suppository roza ko batil karta hai?
Jawab: Iske istemal se roza batil nahi hota hai.
59 Sawal: Sar seene ke balgham ka andar le jaane ka kya hukm hai?
Jawab: Sar aur seene ka balgham jab tak munh mein na aaye isko andar le jaana harj nahi hai, lekin agar munh mein aa jaaye to ihtiyat mustahab hai ke andar na le jaaye.
60 Sawal: Roza kin cheezon se batil hota hai?
Jawab:
Jaan bujh kar khana, peena.
Ihtiyat lazim ki bina par ghaleez gard o gubaar aur dhue'n ka jaan bujh kar halq tak pahu'nchana.
Jaan bujh kar qay karna chahe zaroorat ki wajah se ho.
Jaan bujh kar azaan se pehle janabat ya haiz aur nifas se paak hone ke baad ghusl kiye baghair baqi rahe.
Jaan bujh kar humbistari karna.
Istimna ya kisi ke sath chhedkhani karne ya choomne, mas karne ke zariye mani kharij kare.
Jaan bujh kar Allah, Rasool aur ihtiyat wajib ki bina Aimma Tahireen (A.S) ki taraf jhooti nisbat dena.
Pani ya kisi seyal cheez se amala karna chahe zaroorat ki wajah se ho.
61 Sawal: Roza dar ke liye aankh, kaan ya naak mein dawa daalne ka kya hukm hai?
Jawab: Roza dar ke liye aankh, kaan, naak mein dawa ke qatron ka daalna roza ko batil nahi karta chahe iski boo ya zayqa halq mein ehsaas ho, albata naak ka qatra is waqt daalna jaayaz hai jab itminan ho ke halq tak nahi pahu'nchega.
62 Sawal: Roze mein naswar ka istemal kaisa hai?
Jawab: Agar iske zarraat halq mein jaayein to isse ijtinab karna lazim hai magar ye ke wo zarraat thook mein mil kar mustahlak (na hone ke barabar) ho jaayein.
63 Sawal: Agar sehri khane ke baad khana daant mein phansa reh jaaye to khilal karna lazim hai?
Jawab: Sehri khane ke baad khilal karna lazim nahi hai chahe ye ehtimal de raha ho ke khilal na karne se jo daant mein khana reh gaya hai wo halq mein jaayega, aur sahwan chala bhi jaaye to uska roza batil nahi hoga. Haan agar yaqeen ho ke khilal na kare to halq mein jaayega to khilal karna wajib hai.

Jawab: Sar aur seene ka balgham jab tak munh mein na aaye is ko andar le jana harj nahi hai, lekin agar munh mein aa jaaye to ihtiyat mustahab hai ke andar na le jaaye.
